Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Last Updated: [13/08/2026]

We want our customers to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been handed over to the courier/logistics partner and its dispatch process has been completed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If you have an issue with a dispatched or delivered order, please contact our customer support team. Our team will review the circumstances and provide the appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue and applicable policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to payment gateway/banking processing timelines.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

4. Returns

Returns are subject to product eligibility and applicable law.

For hygiene, safety and product-quality reasons, certain cosmetics and personal-care products may not be eligible for return once opened, used or tampered with, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, expired or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law.

Customers should contact our support team before sending any product back.

5. Damaged / Wrong / Defective Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong product

  • A missing product

  • A leaking product

  • A defective product

  • A product that does not match the ordered item

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request:

  • Order number

  • Product photographs

  • Outer package photographs

  • Unboxing video, where available

  • Product batch/lot details

  • Description of the issue

Our team will verify the complaint and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund or another suitable remedy, depending on the circumstances.

6. Product Condition for Eligible Returns

Where a return is approved, the product may need to be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with labels and accessories, where applicable

  • In a condition suitable for return

The final eligibility of a return will be determined based on the nature of the product and the reason for return, subject to applicable law.

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method or process.

The time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s bank account or payment account may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institution.

8. Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns may generally not be accepted for products that have been:

  • Opened or used, where hygiene/safety considerations apply

  • Damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Altered or tampered with by the customer

  • Returned without prior approval where approval is required

This does not restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Customer Support

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team.

We will review your concern at the administrative/support level and, based on the circumstances, provide the appropriate available solution.
